Located deep in the park, L'Assiette Champenoise offers a tranquil setting away from the center of Reims. the rooms are spacious and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and fluffy duvets. the bathrooms are large and clean, providing a luxurious experience. the staff is professional and attentive, ensuring a high level of service. Guests can enjoy the impressive array of fresh pastries and made, to, order egg dishes at breakfast. the hotel also features a heated swimming pool and various common areas for relaxation.
The touch pad system to control the lights in the rooms can be frustratingly complicated.

Great afternoon tea, lovely deck area with stylish furniture. Rooms were large & comfortable but not as funky as the rest of the hotel. Good bath stuff to use. Didn't eat in the restaurant but seems to attract lots of wealthy diners judging by the types of cars in the car park. Great breakfast choice. All staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the outskirts of Reims & off the tram route.

The staff were friendly and efficient, providing a warm welcome and arranging taxis for us. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The breakfast was delicious and one of the best I've had in Europe.
The WiFi was unreliable and limited to certain areas. There were strange hotel rules, such as not being able to order food in the bar, which was inconvenient.

The restaurant was very satisfactory. It should be worth while to stay in this hotel for this dinner. We stayed in Room 11. It was spacy, clean and very modern. House keeping was very quick and frequent.
Hot water was not sufficient at our checking in, which was repaied during the dinner. Big painting wall of Ingres' nude was not calm in such a room. Shower handle was too modern to use smoothly. Shower sprey control was not equipted and it always sprayed like a fire fighting. I would suggest that you equipt shower room door or curtain.

The pool was a good size and the rooms were clean. We were able to park our car close to the hotel and the view from the balcony was stunning.
The service was very slow and disorganized. We had to wait a long time for our food and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us.

The exclusive amenities provided by the hotel were exceptional. the prompt service and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. the indoor swimming pool and private facilities were well-maintained and provided a luxurious experience. the room had exclusive advantages and was spotlessly clean. the location in the outskirts of the city provided a perfect getaway from the hustle-bustle of the city.
The high cost of breakfast could have been improved. the touch pad system to control the lights in the room was tedious to use, making it difficult to adjust the lighting according to my liking.

Even though you were virtually in the centre of town, it felt like you were in the country, due to the spacious landscaped grounds surrounded by high walls. Dinner in the amazing restaurant was memorable, albeit horrifyingly expensive - we were not prepared for it.
Lighting in the bedroom was quite dark.
